This insurance agency is the worst of any insurance company I had ever did business with.

Recently got insurance for my tech company Glitch Guards here. The staff is always extremely friendly and the owner and his wife make you feel at home when you come into the office. I plan on using them again in the future.

I don't recommend this agency After spending almost $10k out of pocket for what ended up being only a 6 week coverage (for my work truck) before i got dropped by the insurance carrier this agency put together for me and i ended up in collections instead of getting a refund because i went ahead and got myself a new carrier after i got dropped but part of the policy that was supposed to have been dropped/cancelled was still running concurrently with my new policy and as their owner Jorge.H. put it " after reviewing your file i see where we dropped the ball multiple times that ended you up in this situation" but did nothing to resolve the situation and will never take my calls or return them.

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever counted. The staff is nice Shirley and other however the owner Jorge is terrible. I signed up with his business and paid my down payment of $2400. He mentioned I will get $100 if I referred others. I referred a client and he credit me the amount. The referral and his company went left and he threaten my business because of it. I chose to close my account because of this unprofessional behaviors, now I’m receiving threats emailed by Jorge even though my payments were made of $2400. I have all the emails and receipts to prove it.

Does not want to repair employees accidents on other peoples vehicles that has his insurance on their truck or his truck

Not a professional environment, owners rude & don’t know how to talk to people properly & few coworkers even have cried due to feelings, def not Covid friendly either.

Really impressed with the level of care and communication. They made everything so simple and stress-free.
